How long will it take to ship my item?
- Generally all my items take around 3 weeks to complete. I use UPS to ship all my items. You will receive a tracking number once I ship your order. **workload and time of the year may affect the processing time.
Do you accept returns?
- Because all my products are made to order, I only accept returns or refunds if your item is damaged in shipping
Can I request a rush order?
Depending on the workload I have I can sometimes accept rush orders. There will be a rush fee.
How far in advance should I place an order?
- I strongly suggest ordering at least 4 weeks before you need your handmade item.
